1. Entrants must be residents of the State of Washington who are 18 years of age or older.
2. Employees of KNDD, Entercom Seattle, LLC, its parent, subsidiaries, contest sponsors, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and other Seattle area radio KNDD and the immediate family members of each of the above are NOT eligible to enter and/or win.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. One entry per person. Void where prohibited
4. Contestants may only win one prize per person every 30 days unless specified otherwise. For contests that run beyond 30 days, contestants may only win one prize per contest. Contests with major prizes may have additional restrictions - see specific contest rules.
5. KNDD and Entercom Seattle, LLC are not responsible for any entries and/or telephone calls that are misdirected, lost, disconnected, not received, or are illegible.
6. Entries received mutilated, tampered with, illegible, or from ineligible entrants will be void. Entries that are determined by KNDD Management to be fraudulent will be void and the person making such an entry barred from further participation in that contest. All entries become the property of Entercom Seattle, LLC and will not be acknowledged or returned. Station is not responsible for any entries that are misdirected, lost, stolen, disconnected, not received, or are illegible. Station is not responsible for internet failures.
7. KNDD Management shall be the sole arbiters in all matters relating to the contest and the interpretation of contest rules. The decisions of KNDD Management shall be final. Entry into KNDD contests constitutes agreement by contestant to abide by these rules, as well as any other specific contest rules established by KNDD.
8. All prizes awarded must be picked up at the KNDD's studios at 1100 Olive Way, Suite 1650, Seattle Washington, 98101, during normal business hours of 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. Prizes will not be mailed.
9. Prize will be released to winner only. Winners are required to present a valid State ID and Social Security Card in order to claim any prize. Additionally, ALL winners are required to sign a Winner's Release relieving the KNDD, Entercom Seattle, LLC, its parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents and contest sponsors from any and all liability with respect to the receipt and/or use of the prize. Any person who refuses to sign the Release will forfeit the contest prize.
10. KNDD reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for all contests and giveaways. Prize is not redeemable for cash. No substitution, transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.
11. Prizes not claimed within 30 days of being awarded, or in the case of a time sensitive prize, within its period of usability, shall be considered forfeited and will become property of KNDD. Such prize may be disposed of at the discretion of KNDD Management.
12. Winners are responsible for paying all applicable local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prize, as set forth in these rules and/or the specific contest rules issued by KNDD.
13. By participating in this contest each contestant hereby consents to KNDD and Entercom Seattle, LLC using the contestant's name, voice, likeness, biographical information, his/her participation in the contest, and the substance of the contestant's telephone call for on-air broadcast and for advertising and promotional purposes. Contestant agrees that no additional compensation will be paid for such usage.
14. Odds of winning depend on the number of correct and/or eligible entries received.

16. KNDD contests are subject to all applicable laws and regulation and are void where prohibited. KNDD, Entercom Seattle, LLC, it's parent, subsidiaries, contest sponsors, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies accept no responsibility of liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from (a) participation in the contest and/or (b) the acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize awarded hereunder.
17. HOW TO ENTER: Send in a Flash Animated Cartoon (.swf) to the contest email address: flashus@1077theend.com The cartoon should be based on the theme The End In Your Life Between 3-7. Submissions should be 300x250 multi bit rate files. Submissions must include their contact information (Including name, age, birthday, phone, email address and home address)
18. PRIZES: Five grand prizewinners will be awarded, there will be no qualifying prize. The Grand Prize is One (1) 13-inch MacBook Computer. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $1099. Grand Prizewinners will be issued a 1099 form reflecting the ARV for the year 2006.
19. KNDD reserves the right to end or stop any contest at anytime and for any reason. Contest begins 9/18/2006 and ends 10/6/2006 at 10:00 AM. Submissions made after the deadline will not be eligible.
20. All submissions must be made via the contest email flashus@1077theend.com Entries become the sole property of KNDD and will not be returned. Entries may be used whole or in part solely at the discretion of KNDD and my be re-used without the artists permission in any form of print, web, audio or video (including radio, television and all forms of advertising). KNDD assumes no responsibility for entries on 1077theend.com being re-posted or reused without the artist’s consent.
21. Dick Rossetti, on-air host for KNDD is the sole decision-maker in regard to contest winners. Winners in this contest will be chosen by him, based on his sole opinion of the merit of the submission. His decision can not be contested, and will be made only by him based on the submissions creativity and use of theme.
